Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or issue refunds (with the one exception detailed below). We apologize for the inconvenience. 

 

If a product breaks while shipping please contact us with pictures of the broken product (and box) along with a detailed description of what happened / damage occurred. This way we can make an insurance claim on the shipment and properly issue either a replacement or refund of your choice.
